Havana hosts 1st Vietnam-Cuba Interparliamentary Session

HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 24 (ACN) The 1st Vietnam-Cuba Interparliamentary Session is being held today at the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, in Havana.

Headed by Esteban Lazo, president of the National Assembly of People's Power and the Council of State, and Nguyen Duc Hai, vice president of the National Assembly of Vietnam, the exchange will allow to continue strengthening the historic bilateral relations, Cuban Parliament reported on X.

As part of the day, Tuesday morning the Asian vice president paid tribute to Ho Chi Minh at the monument erected in honor of the Vietnamese hero in the park named after him in Havana's Plaza de la Revolucion municipality.
