Havana, Sept 19 (ACN) Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel welcomed the President of the Senate of Grenada Dessima Williams on Thursday.
On his X account, the Cuban head of state said he felt honored with the visit by the Grenadian official; he said he conveyed his affections to Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell.
Williams and Diaz-Canel recalled the strong relations between their nations united through decades of cooperation.
Over the past four decades, Cuba has formed over 300 Grenadian professionals in its universities in different courses, particularly in medicine. lc
