HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 18 (ACN) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez met in this city with Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan, president of the Republic of Seychelles.
Joining the head of state were Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and José Ángel Portal Miranda, Minister of Public Health.
Both leaders will hold official talks and sign agreements to strengthen political and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.
The Seychellois president, who is paying an official visit to Cuba since September 16, laid a wreath earlier on the Monument to Cuban National Hero José Martí.
During his stay, Mr. Ramkalawan will visit places of academic, historical and cultural interest, as well as public health centers.
