Havana, Sept 16 (ACN) Wavel Ramkalawan, President of the Republic of Seychelles arrive Monday night in Cuba on an official visit, which will run till September 20th.
Ramkalawan was wecomed at Havana’s Jose Marti International Airport by deputy foreign minister Anayansi Rodriguez.
The distinguished visitor will held official talks with Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel, with Parliament President Esteban Lazo and with Health Minister Jose Angel Miranda. He will also visit places of economic, historic and cultural interest.
During the presidential visit, Cuba and Seychelles will sign accords to strengthen political, diplomatic and cooperation relations.
Cuba and the Republic of Seychelles share long-time diplomatic relations, set up on April 12, 1978.
