Havana, Sept 11 (ACN) Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel met on Wednesday with Palestinian ambassador to Havana Akram Samhan, at the Revolution Palace.
On his X account, the head of state wrote that during his meeting with the Palestinian ambassador, who concludes his diplomatic mission here, he reiterated Cuba’s firm condemnation of the Israeli genocide of Gaza, and expressed the island’s unconditional solidarity towards the noble cause of the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights.
Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez also recalled on X that during a meeting with the Palestinian diplomat, he affirmed the determination of Cuba to keep denouncing the Israeli genocide against the Palestinian people and the illegal occupation of their territories.
