Havana, May 29 (ACN) Cuba’s Communist Party and Rwanda’s Patriotic Front singed a cooperation accord in Havana to expand bilateral links.
The document was penned by Cuban Communist Party organization secretary Roberto Morales and by the vice-president of the Rwandan organization Consolee Uwimana, who is paying an official visit to Cuba.
Morales announced the reactivation of the medical cooperation program which includes the shipment of a 40-member health brigade to Rwanda.
Consolee Uwimana said that Rwanda-Cuba relations have marked 45 years and he added that such links are excellent and mutually beneficial.
