HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 30 (ACN) The Organizing Committee of the 14th International Congress “Universidad 2024” will take place on February 5 to 9 in Havana, Cuban deputy minister of Higher Education Reynaldo Velázquez Zaldívar and chair of the organizing committee announced.
According to the official, “Universidad 2024” will gather higher education professors and trainers from different fields, including Public Health, Culture and Foreign Affairs, as well as representatives of 50 Cuban universities, institutes and centers.
Ondina León Díaz, general director of Research and Postgraduate Studies, said that 1,703 papers have been approved so far, and 24 Cuban universities are expected to participate in the Congress, which will facilitate 15 pre-conference courses, four forums and seven symposiums.
