HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 30 (ACN) Louis Sylvestre Radegonde, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Republic of Seychelles, has been carrying out his work program in Havana since today, as part of his official visit to Cuba.
According to Cuban foreign ministry officials, the Seychelles diplomat arrived in Havana on Monday, where he was received by Carlos Miguel Pereira, director general of bilateral affairs of the institution.
In this, his third official visit to Cuba, Radegonde will hold official talks with his counterpart, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, as well as exchanges with other Cuban authorities.
Cuba and Seychelles have maintained diplomatic relations since 1978, which have developed within a framework of brotherhood, respect and cooperation.
