Havana, Jan 29 (ACN) The historic bonds of friendship, cooperation and fraternity between the peoples of Cuba and Belarus constitute the basis of the relationship between the two nations.
The statement was made by Belarus’ Defense Minister Lieutenant General Viktor Jrenin at Havana’s historic Cacahual Mausoleum where he was received by Cuba’s Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces, Army Corps General Alvaro Lopez Miera.
“We are united by our will to defend independence, social justice, cooperation on equal grounds with other states and the fact that we do not fear the difficulties,” said the visitor as cited by Radio Havana Cuba.
