CIENFUEGOS, Cuba, Dec 29 (ACN) Dr. Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), presides today the Municipal Assembly of People's Power in the central province of Cienfuegos.
Maryde Fernandez Lopez, member of the Central Committee and first secretary of the party in the province, and vice governor Yolexis Rodriguez Armada accompany the leader.
During the meeting of the municipal governing body in Cienfuegos, in the 18th term of office, they analyze the closing of the Economy Plan and projections for 2024, the fulfillment of the Food Sovereignty Law, the Mother and Child Care Program, communal services, as well as actions for the confrontation of crime, illegalities and social indisciplines.
