HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 20 (ACN) With Army General Raúl Castro Ruz and President Miguel Díaz-Canel present, the 10th Legislature of the National Assembly of People's Power (ANPP) started its Second Ordinary Session.
Gathered at Havana’s International Conference Center, the deputies will discuss the goals of the Cuban economy and the draft State Budget Act for 2024 and receive information about the implementation of the Family Code and Act 143 on Criminal Procedure.
ANPP’s agenda for the next few days also features debates on bills related to Public Health, the Office of the Military Prosecutor, and the System of Attention to People’s Complaints and Petitions.
