HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 8 (ACN) Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz met on Wednesday with members of the Cuban State Mission in China during his official visit to the People’s Republic.
The Premier gave the Cuban diplomats an update on the situation in their country and the ongoing efforts and social policies designed to overcome the present material and financial difficulties.
He also described his agenda in China and the important agreements signed with that country to boost bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest.
Marrero Cruz also talked, via videoconference, with Cuban doctors based in China, whom he thanked for their service on behalf of their people and government.
