Havana, Nov 28 (ACN) Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero welcomed Le Thanh Long, Justice Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
During the meeting the Cuban Premier ratified his government’s willingness to keep expanding bilateral cooperation in the legal area with Vietnam.
Marrero recalled his recent visit to Vietnam where he met a working agenda and signed several bilateral accords.
Meanwhile, Le Thanh Long stressed the historic bonds between Cuban and Vietnam. He recalled the visit by the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro to Vietnam, even under war, as he said that Cuba is willing to give its own blood for Vietnam.
Cuban Justice Minister Oscar Silvera and the director for Asia and Oceania with the Foreign Ministry attended the meeting, as well as Le Thanh Tung, Vietnamese ambassador to Cuba.
