HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 27 (ACN) Army General Raul Castro Ruz exercised his right to vote at one of Havana’s polling stations, where he talked briefly with the staff, according to Cuban TV reports.
After casting his vote, Raul put his ballot paper into the ballot box, guarded by two pioneer students as is usual in every Cuban election.
Up to 11:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, more than three million Cubans (38.43% of the electoral register) had participated in the process to elect delegates to the municipal assemblies of the People's Power.
