Havana, Nov 9 (ACN) The Cuban Civil Defense Staff called the 11th International Congress on Disasters 2023 and the 7th International Firefighters Conference June 12-16 at Havana’s Conventions Palace.
The event’s scientific program will address different disaster dangers, vulnerabilities and associated risks as well as the experience and learned lessons in disaster response, according to the Cuban Interior Ministry.
Participants will exchange criteria to help the scientific and technological update of disaster risk management; it will be an excellent opportunity for countries, institutions and organizations to present their achievements and the new goals to meet.
