Havana, Nov 8 (ACN) Cuban president Miguel Diaz-Canel sent a message of congratulations to Bolivia’s Luis Alberto Arce for his second year leading the destiny of that South American nation.
On his Twitter account, Diaz-Canel wished Arce new successes in his leading his country on the path of the democratic and cultural revolution.
