Havana, Jan 5 (ACN) Cuba’s National Seismological Research Center (CENAIS) reported on Wednesday the first quake felt in the country this year; the tremor occurred in the eastern province of Granma.
The scientific institution reported that the 3.2 quake was spotted at 20.12 degrees North and -76.74 West and at a 5-kilometer depth in the locality of Buey Arriba, Granma province.
The quake was also felt in three localities of the eastern province, but no material or human damage was reported.
