Havana, Nov 25 (ACN) Army General Raul Castro along Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel attended the opening on Thursday of the Fidel Castro Center in Havana.
The event, which took place on the fifth anniversary of Fidel Castro’s passing, was also attended by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
Cuban law 123 approved by the National Assembly of People’s Power (Cuban Parliament) on December 2016 on the “Use of the name and figure of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz” adopted by exception the setting up of an institution bearing his name, and destined to the study and spread of Fidel’s ideas and work.
