Storm Elsa is Pouring Rain on Eastern Cuba

The Cuban weather institute said that clouds associate to Storm Elsa are covering the skies of the eastern, central and western Cuban regions.

Sustained tropical storm winds are being registered in the eastern region as reported by local meteorological stations. Over the next 12 to 24 hours it will keep its northwest move under similar translation speed to go.
