HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 15 (acn) Among the many messages sent to Cuban leader Fidel Castro on his 90th birthday was that of Bolivia´s Evo Morales, the first indigenous president of a Latin American nation.
In the name of the Bolivian people and on the most important day for those who oppose capitalism, with our heart-felt admiration we wish Fidel and his people a very happy birthday, wrote Morales on his Twitter account @evoespueblo.
The Bolivian president said that the Cuban Revolution is the mother of Latin American revolution now with the unity of their people, all mobilized to defeat US imperialism.
The twitter message included a photo of Evo along Fidel and former Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.
