European Physicians in Support of Cuba

Havana, July 2 (ACN) European physicians sent US President Joe Biden urging him to remove Cuba from the unilateral US list of states sponsors of terrorism.

In their letter, the physicians with the Cuba-Europe Educational Scientific Exchange organization warned about the impact of this kind of measures used by the White House to put financial pressure on sovereign nations.

These actions severely damage the people more than the governments and this we have proven through joint research studies with colleagues from Italy and the U.K., reads the letter, signed by Dutch doctor Paul Jonas, who shared the letter with PL news agency.

The expert called on President Bident to pay attention to that scientific research study; he said that they hoped Joe Biden would corroborate the results of the study, because he has reiterated that he supports and protects the Cuban people.

Cuba was included in the unilateral US list in January 2021, just days before former US President Donald Trump concluded his office term.
