Cuba Ratifies Willingness to Boost Relations with Saint Lucia

Havana, Feb 22 (ACN) Cuba ratified its willingness to further strengthen bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation with Saint Lucia, on the occasion of that Caribbean nation’s National Feasts.

The Cuban Foreign Ministry sent a message of congratulations to the people and government of Saint Lucia on its Twitter account.

Saint Lucians are marking their country’s independence from the United Kingdom on February 22nd 1979, after having been a British colony during 165 years.
