Havana, Dec 12 (ACN) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez welcomed the accords reached by the Colombian government and the National Liberation Army rebel organization at the recently concluded first round of peace talks.
On his Twitter account, Minister Rodriguez ratified Cuba’s role as warrantor of the talks and its commitment to peace in the sister Latin American nation.
After having been stalled in 2019, the peace talks with the National Liberation Army were resumed by Colombia’s Gustavo Petro administration.
