HAVANA, Dec 11 (ACN) As he has already done in every country he has visited, the Cuban president Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez exchanged this evening with the community of Cubans living in Argentina.
According to the presidential Twitter, in a frank and friendly debate, the Cuban president explained some of the most important aspects of the current reality of the Caribbean island, as well as several of the plans prioritized by the country in order to boost social and economic development.
A representation of the almost 4,000 Cubans living in the southern country attended the meeting with the Cuban leader, who participated also attended the official inaugurated ceremony of his counterpart Alberto Fernandez and Vice President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
During his visit to Argentina, Diaz-Canel has fulfilled a broad agenda, which included a tribute to the victims of the military dictatorship and state terrorism, talks with several Argentine intellectuals and businessmen, as well as an emotional meeting with the Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo.
