Cuban Gracial to play in All-Star Games of the Japanese Professional BaseballHAVANA, Cuba, Jul 12 (acn) Cuban Yurisbel Gracial was selected to the 2019 All-Star Games of the Japanese Professional Baseball (NPB).

According to the specialized website www.beisboljapones.com, the player of the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks was included in the Pacific League team due to the injury of outfielder Yuki Yanagita, who was chosen by the fans.
The manager of his team, Kimiyasu Kudo, selected the Cuban due to his good results during the season as Gracial has an offensive line (AVE / OBP / SLU) of 329/377/628), with 30 extra-bases, including 19 homers and 47 RBIs.
With this designation, Gracial joins the also Cuban and teammate Alfredo Despaigne as one of the four Latin players chosen for the 2019 NPB All-Star Series.
Te first match will be today at the Tokyo Dome of the Japanese capital, while the second one will be on Saturday at the Koshien Stadium, in Nishinomiya.
