France includes three professional boxers in squad against Cuba

HAVANA, Cuba, May 23 (acn) Three professional athletes are included in the 5-man squad with which the France Fighting Roosters will face next Friday the Cuba Domadores in their away semifinal for the ticket to the grand final of the 8th World Series of Boxing (WSB).

Seven days after losing 2-3 at home, the French squad will try to make a comeback at Havana´s Sports City Coliseum where the local side is almost invincible in correspondence with the support of their fans.
The "pro" boxers included in the roster sent from Paris are the light-welter of Gabonese origin Morgan N'Dong, middleweight Martin Owuno and cruiser Sylvain Luce, whose respective balances as professional athletes are of 19-4, 16-14 and 10-12.
They all lack performances in WSB and will face top-level fighters, because as expected, the Domadores summoned to Andy Cruz (14-0), Arlen Lopez (18-7) and Erislandy Savon (27-3), in that order.
The other bouts will be between Cuban Robeisy Ramirez (12-2) and French Samuel Kistohurry (5-1), in the featherweight division, and local Damian Arce (2-0) versus Spanish reinforcement Samuel Carmona (4-0), in the light-flyweights.
The other semifinal match ends up next Saturday, when the Kazakhstan Astana Arlans will receive the British Lion Hearts, whom they beat 3-2 as visitors.
