HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 5 (acn) Tsedenbal Tsogzolmaa, Mongolia´s Minister of Education, Culture, Science, and Sports, received PhD. Antonio Becali, Cuba´s president of INDER (National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation), in the Government Palace of that country.
The meeting took place as part of the program of the official visit made by the Cuban official to that nation.
Tsogzolmaa remarked the profound gratitude of her people and government by the formation of youngsters in dissimilar university courses, who have contributed with the training acquired in Cuba to the development of Mongolia.
Twenty-two Mongolian students have so far graduated in Cuba as Bachelors in Physical Culture and Sports.
Meanwhile, Becali thanked Tsogzolmaa for the attentions received and the excellent working program prepared by the Mongolian sports authorities for the fulfillment of the objectives set out in his visit, which includes attendance to sports facilities that could serve as training bases for Cuban athletes ahead of the next Olympic Games of Tokyo 2020.
He also pointed out the potential that exists between both countries for sports collaboration and the hiring of Cuban specialists and coaches in sports such as judo, wrestling, boxing and volleyball, among others.
