Cuban U17 men´s soccer team draws and loses in JamaicaHAVANA, Cuba, Mar 3 (acn) The Cuban U17 men´s soccer team, coached by Rufino Sotolongo, arrived in this city after having played two friendly matches against its counterpart of Jamaica, in Kingston.

In their debut, offensive midfielder Ribaldo Roldán opened the score in the 54th minute through a penalty kick, but Jamaicans managed to tie in the 70th minute.
Meanwhile, in their second match they could not score despite having several opportunities and lost 0-1 when Kaheem Parris scored the goal for the locals in the 80th minute.
The squad did it well and although we expected a better result in that second game, these friendly matches served the coahing staff to test players under the 4-4-2 system, with variants, said Sotolongo.
After this raid in Jamaica, the Cuban side plans to make a warm-up tour to Central America this same month, which will include games in Panama, El Salvador and Honduras, to get in better shape to the U17 CONCACAF final, to take place in Panama, next April.
That tournament will enroll 12 teams and grants four tickets to the World Cup, scheduled to take place in India, in October this year.
