Cuban futsal team meets goals in Chile

HAVANA, Cuba, Jul 29 (acn) Despite totaling negative balance of six goals for and 12 against, the Cuban futsal squad returns from Chile to this city with its goals met after playing four friendly matches in that South American nation.

According to Coach Clemente Reynoso, they used the tour to that territory to correct both defensive and offensive tactics.

Then, the Caribbean side beat 2-1 Chile's national team, with wing-pivot Reinier Fiallo and defender Daniel Hernandez as scorers, and finished the tour with a 2-2 draw against the same team, with goals by pivot Jhonnet Stalin Martinez and wing Luis Yunior Portal.
In the coming World Cup in Cali, Cuba was included in the complicated group B, along with Russia, Egypt and Thailand.
