Cuba appoints manager for baseball team against Tampa Bay

HAVANA, Cuba, Mar 15 (acn) The Cuban Baseball Federation announced that Victor Mesa Martinez will be the head coach of the local squad that on March 22 will face the MLB team Tampa Bay Rays.
