Cuban Veliz eliminated in World Junior Badminton Championship

HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 12 (acn) Cuban Bryan Veliz lost today in his second appearance in the men's singles event of the World Junior Badminton Championship, based in Lima, Peru.

Veliz lost to Danish Mikkel Enghoj 2-0 ( 21-12 and 21-11) in 23 minutes, according to the official website of the contest.
Thus, the Cuba player was unable to continue advancing in the tournament, where he had debuted last Tuesday by defeating 2-0 (21-12 and 21-9) Shae Michael Martin, from Barbados.
