Cuba finishes tenth in Athletics World ChampionshipsHAVANA, Cuba, Aug 31 (acn) Cuba finished in the tenth place in the standing positions of the Athletics World Championships held in Beijing China, with 2 gold medals and a silver one.

Kenya topped the standings with 7 gold, 6 silver and three bronze medals, trailed by Jamaica (7-2-3) and the United States (6-6-6), according to the official website of the event,
Russia, who won the previous championships when it was the host in 2013, finished in the ninth position, with a bronze medal more than Cuba.
