2023 Pan American Games are in their final days

SANTIAGO DE CHILE, Nov 3 (ACN) Between joys and nostalgia, the Pan American Games Santiago 2023 are now entering their final stretch, in a venue where its people have shown great support to home and foreign athletes, the main protagonists of an event that will conclude next Sunday.

For example, in the facilities the enthusiasm of the public has been seen encouraging their athletes, whether they have a chance of medals or not, because the most important thing is to compete and give your best, win or lose, something that is part of sport and life.

On generally cold days, although at times the sun has come out, the temperature has risen in each sports venue due to the warmth of the people, those who shout, applaud and recognize the effort of those who give their all for victory, or at least try to do so.

And beyond sports, the Pan American Games are an opportunity to meet new people and their cultures, exchange views and even take pictures with strangers, who for that small moment are close.

To give you an idea, the Cuban athletes or even the press team, identified with their country's clothing, Chilean children and adults have asked to have their pictures taken, as a nice souvenir of some busy days full of work, but also of memorable moments.

Among those moments are the medals won by a delegation that once again has known how to grow, with athletes who are all courage and heart in each of their performances.

Santiago 2023 is going away, because everything that begins ends, and while it is normal to feel nostalgia, there are many more reasons to give way to joy and the feeling of being part of an event far from perfection, but in which everything was done to leave a good impression and a legacy.
