Cuba beats El Salvador 2-0 in Pan American beach volleyball tournament

 SANTIAGO DE CHILE, Cuba, , Oct 23 (ACN) The Cuban duo of Jorge Luis Alayo and Noslen Diaz, defeated El Salvador 2-0 on Sunday and maintained their undefeated record in the beach volleyball of the 19th Pan American Games in Santiago de Chile.

At the Beach Volleyball Center, venue of the tournament, the Cuban couple won with scores of 21-13 and 21-12, which shows that there was only one duo on the sand.

The sharing of points between the Cubans was very even, as Alayo scored 16, 10 of those in attack, four blocks and two serves, while Diaz scored 14 units.
