HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 7 (ACN) Cuban Jasiel Rivero had a great performance in his debut at the Euroleague basketball tournament, the highest level of competition in Europe, although he could not prevent Valencia Basket's 71-81 setback against Saski Baskonia.
In a duel of Spanish teams, Rivero was the top scorer of his team with 14 points, to which he added six rebounds and an assist, in what can be considered a good debut for him in this strong competition that gathers 18 clubs.
For Valencia Basket, Klemen Prepelic also stood out on offense, with 12 points, as well as Jared Harper and Jonah Radebaugh, both with 10; the most outstanding offensive player was Maik Kotsar (21).
