HAVANA, Cuba, May 5 (ACN) Cuban cyclist Arlenis Sierra will try to win today the first women's edition of the Tour of Andalusia (Route of the Sun) after prevailing in the first two stages of the race, disputed by 17 teams in Spain.
Sierra, 29, leads the general classification with 6:21.58 hours and the points table with 50 and will defend her leadership today in the main and hardest stage of the competition (139 kilometers long).
Joining her in Team Movistar Team, one of the best cycling teams in the world, are Paula Patiño (Colombia), Sara Martín (Spain), Jelena Erić (Serbia), Katrine Aalerud (Norway) and Sarah Gigante (Australia).
