Japan Techno Link Co. Donates Cuba Athlete Rehabilitation Equipment

Havana, Sept 10 (ACN) Japan’s Techno Link company donated Cuba cutting-edge athlete rehabilitation equipment.

Techno Link (https://techno-link.co.jp/en/) president Kanda Jin said the technology is only developed by its company currently used by Japanese athletes, and was also used Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic games.

The executive expressed admiration for the outstanding results of Cuban athletes at Tokyo and reiterated his willingness to keep supporting them in their participation in upcoming championships including the upcoming Paris 2024 Games.

Raul Fornes, first vice-president of the Cuban Sports Institute, thanked the Japanese gesture and underscored cooperation relations between his country and Techno Link over the past ten years.

Meanwhile, Cuban Champ Omara Durand (Paralympic sprinter) who attended the donation ceremony along her guide Yuniol Kindelan, appreciated the donation which will help improve physical conditions and performance of Cuban athletes.

Cuban ambassador to Japan Miguel Ramirez acknowledged the Japanese executive for his contribution to sports medicine in Cuba.
