Saudi Arabia Stresses Cuba Medical Cooperation

HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 24 (acn) The government of Saudi Arabia acknowledged on Wednesday the high professionalism of Cuban doctors and appreciated the work of 224 Cuban health specialists in that nation.

During a meeting with Cuban ambassador Enrique Enriquez, who concludes his term in the capital Riad, Saudi Health minister Tawfiq Al-Rabiah addressed the current and future bilateral cooperation links between Cuba and Saudi Arabia.
During the talks, the Cuban ambassador reiterated his country´s willingness to keep strengthening collaboration relations, PL news agency reported on Wednesday.
Under a bilateral cooperation signed by both health ministries in November 2013, a group of 224 Cuban health professionals are offering their service to the Saudi people.
