Havana Medical School Dedicates 2022 Graduation to Fidel Castro

Havana, Dec 23 (ACN) The 2022 graduation of the Havana Medical University was dedicated to the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro.

The ceremony celebrated the graduation of 1 266 health professionals—1 125 medical doctors and 134 dentists, with seven of them from other countries of the world.

Attended the graduation ceremony was Health Minister Jose Angel Portal, Communist Party leader in Havana, Luis Antonio Torres Iribar, and other officials.

This graduation will contribute to improve general health indicators in the country and especially in Havana.
