Havana, Cuba, May 20 (ACN) At the end of May 17, a total of 7,193,870 people have received booster doses in Cuba, the Cuban ministry of public health (MINSAP by its Spanish acronym) reported today.
Of these, 6,870,206 as part of the booster vaccination that is being applied to the population of selected territories and risk groups, and 323,664 belong to the clinical study.
According to the daily report of the health entity, 10,665,643 people have received at least one dose of the Cuban vaccines Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala; 9,406,711, a second dose and 9,107,361, a third one.
In the country, 9,959,119 people have a complete anti-COVID-19 vaccination scheme, a figure that represents 89.9% of the Cuban population.
A total of 36,398,181 anti-COVID-19 doses have been administered in the country to date.
Regarding the mass vaccination process 25,735,156; with the health intervention 9,618,831; to intervention study, 454,064; and to clinical trials, 266,466.
