Cuba and Angola seek new business opportunities at FIHAV 2019

1105-angola-fihav.jpgHAVANA, Cuba, Nov 5 (ACN) The 37th Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2019) hosted today the business forum between Cuba and Angola, an opportunity for exchange and the search for new opportunities between businessmen from both countries.

Orlando Hernandez Guillen, president of the Cuban Chamber of Commerce, urged to work in a strong and deep way to strengthen the ties of brotherhood that join both nations, as well as economic and commercial relations.

He also expressed his hope that the event will help all businessmen to work with greater knowledge and dedication, and wished them success in future sessions.

For his part, Francisco Eduardo Beny, secretary general of the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Angola, thanked the Cuban authorities for inviting his country to attend FIHAV 2019, since it is a brother country and the ties of friendship and bilateral cooperation must be strengthened in all senses.

During this morning's meeting, a MOU was signed between the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba and the Angolan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

FIHAV, Cuba's largest fair, this year welcomes businessmen and executives from 60 countries, in order to generate business opportunities that contribute to the country's economic development.
