HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 19 (acn) Cuban Livan Moinelo managed to pitch a scoreless ninth frame and earned the win when his team, the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, beat 4-3 the Orix Buffalos, in the Pacific League of the Japanese professional baseball (NPB).
