Ninth Round of Cuba-Ecuador Migratory Talks takes place in Havana

HAVANA, Cuba, May 14 (acn) The 9th Round of Migratory Talks between Cuba and Ecuador is taking place in Havana.

A press release from the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that the meeting is an propitious occasion to continue strengthening bilateral cooperation in the area of migration, in order to guarantee a regular, orderly and secure migratory flow between both countries, as well as to make more effective the fight against human trafficking and other related crimes.
The Cuban delegation to the meeting is chaired by Ana Teresita Gonzalez, vice minister of Foreign Affairs, while Santiago Javier Chavez, vice minister for Human Mobility; presides over that of the Andean country.
