Diaz-Canel receives the Chancellor of the Republic of Congo

HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 17 (ACN) The President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, received at noon this Tuesday the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Congo, Jean-Claude Gakosso, who is making a working visit to Cuba.

During the cordial meeting, they exchanged views on the positive state of bilateral relations and agreed to continue developing them. They also discussed various issues on the international agenda.
Chancellor Gakosso gave Diaz-Canel a message from Congolese President Dennis Sassou Ngueso.
The distinguished visitor was accompanied by the Minister of Higher Education, Bruno Jean Richard Itoua, and the Ambassador, Mrs. Rosalie Kama-Niamayoua.
On the Cuban side participated the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, and the Director General of Bilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emilio Lozada García.
