Cuba and Slovakia for deepening trade relations

HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 16 (ACN) Cuban and Slovak authorities held a meeting on Tuesday in Havana with the purpose of expanding trade relations between the two nations.

The Slovak delegation is headed by Radko Kuruc, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, who had a meeting with Ileana Núñez Mordoche, Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (Mincex).
I had a fruitful meeting with the Secretary of State of Slovakia. Potentialities of the Cuban market for Slovak businessmen are confirmed, the Cuban official published in Twitter.
Inalvis Bonachea, Director of Mincex's Trade Policy with Europe, said that the meeting constitutes an important step for the consolidation of bilateral economic relations.
Currently the two nations have developed cooperation programs in areas such as culture concretized with the signing in Havana last November of a cooperation agreement between the ministries of cultures of the two governments.
