HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 23 (ACN) Army General Raúl Castro Ruz and José Ramón Machado Ventura, First and Second Secretaries of the Central Committee of the Party, respectively, saw off this Sunday morning the President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel, who left for New York at the head of the Cuban delegation that will participate in the General Debate of the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The delegation includes Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla; Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Minister Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz; Communications Minister Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Abelardo Moreno Fernández; U.S. General Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Carlos Fernández de Cossío Domínguez; Ambassador Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo, Permanent Representative to the United Nations; and José Ramón Cabañas Rodríguez, Cuban Ambassador to the United States of America.
