St. Vincent's Prime Minister arrives in Cuba today

HAVANA, Cuba, Jul 12 (ACN) The Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves, will arrive in Cuba today for an official visit, different media confirmed.

According to a brief press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the visitor will hold talks with authorities and carry out other activities in Havana.
The Prime Minister has made several visits to Cuba, within the framework of good relations between the two countries, members of the integrationist bloc Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA).
Diplomatic relations between Cuba and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines were established in 1992 and are based on mutual respect, cooperation and recognition of national sovereignty.
Ralph Gonsalves was born on 8 August 1946 in a rural village in Colonarie, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, is a Doctor of Public Administration, leader of the Unity Labour Party and Prime Minister since 2001.
