HAVANA, Cuba, May 31(ACN) After concluding the work of the Special Session of the National Assembly of People's Power next Saturday, the deputies will meet on Sunday, May 3, in the plenary session of the Havana´s Conventions Center as part of their preparation for the best performance of their duties.
On that occasion, they will be explained topics related to the Legislative Procedure in general and to the Constitutional Reform in particular; the attributions and functioning of the National Assembly, the Council of State and the Permanent Working Commissions.
The following Monday, in different rooms of the venue, the members grouped in the committees to which they belong will consider the results of the work of the previous legislature and the directives for the period 2018-2023.
Subsequently, in the same composition, the deputies will receive information on the functions of the bodies of the Central State Administration and of organizations related to the spheres covered by each commission, within the framework of the implementation of the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution.
