Cuban VP Cabrisas heads delegation to International Economic Forum

HAVANA, Cuba, May 21 (ACN) Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Economy and Planning heads the Cuban delegation to the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, which will take place May 24-26.

Cabrisas will begin a working visit to the Russian Federation on Monday, where he will hold meetings with the government authorities and the main executives of the companies that have links with the island.
The Cuban Vice President also co-chairs the Cuban-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic-Commercial and Scientific-Technical Collaboration, according to the information on the Cubaminrex website.
The delegation is made up by the Minister of Agriculture Gustavo Rodríguez Rollero, the First Deputy Ministers of Economy, Transport and Industry Raúl García Barreiro, Eduardo Rodríguez Dávila and José Gaspar Álvarez Sandoval, respectively.
Also attending the forum are the Director General of Bilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emilio Lozada García, and the Cuban Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Gerardo Peñalver Portal, among other officials.
