HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 16 (ACN) The Council of State of the Republic of Cuba, in use of the powers conferred upon it, agreed to open the Constitutive Session of the IX Legislature of the National Assembly of People's Power on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 9 a.m. in the Havana Convention Center.
This decision is taken to facilitate the development of the steps required for such an important session.
